Le samedi 26 avril, le CEFP a eu le plaisir d\u2019organiser une balade au c\u0153ur de la for\u00eat d\u2019Aranya, au coucher du soleil en compagnie d\u2019amis, de leurs familles et de passionn\u00e9s de nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 notre arriv\u00e9e, une br\u00e8ve introduction a permis de poser l\u2019intention de la soir\u00e9e : ralentir, observer et se connecter. Nous avons march\u00e9 sur 2 \u00e0 3 kilom\u00e8tres guid\u00e9e \u00e0 travers la for\u00eat. Chaque pause \u00e9tait l’occasion d’\u00e9couter les histoires de la terre, d’observ\u00e9 la richesse de la biodiversit\u00e9 locale, et de red\u00e9couvrir le plaisir d\u2019une marche lente, en silence ou en partage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant la marche, la lumi\u00e8re est devenue plus douce. Le soleil se couchait doucement derri\u00e8re les arbres, les oiseaux chantaient encore un peu, et la for\u00eat semblait nous inviter \u00e0 ralentir. Pour beaucoup, cette balade a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment de calme et de retour \u00e0 soi.<\/p>\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la promenade, nous avons bu un th\u00e9 chaud ensemble. Puis, une pr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e nous a permis d\u2019en apprendre plus sur les diff\u00e9rents arbres, animaux, oiseaux et insectes de la for\u00eat, ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9volution de ce lieu \u00e0 travers le temps, illustr\u00e9e par des images. Un beau moment pour prolonger la magie v\u00e9cue pendant la balade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
