\n\u25cf Vous poss\u00e9dez une bonne comp\u00e9tence r\u00e9dactionnelle ainsi que d\u2019excellentes capacit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9coute

La mission :
\nEn tant que Customer Happiness Specialist, vous jouez un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 en \u00e9tant l\u2019interlocuteur privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour
\nl\u2019onboarding, l\u2019accompagnement et le d\u00e9veloppement technico-commercial des clients de Sellermania.
\nEn liaison avec les \u00e9quipes avant-vente et technique, vous deviendrez un sp\u00e9cialiste des marketplaces et
\ntravaillerez sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de votre Customer Operations Manager.
\nV\u00e9ritable consultant.e de l\u2019engagement et point central de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Support, vous r\u00e9pondrez aux questions
\nde nos clients concernant leur utilisation des logiciels et serez le garant de leur exp\u00e9rience de ventes sur les
\nmarketplaces.
\nVous correspondrez avec le Support niveau 2 pour les questions demandant une investigation plus pouss\u00e9e
\net r\u00e9pondrez au client afin de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes qu’ils rencontrent, par email et par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
