The ideal candidate has all of the following qualities :
\n\u25cf With a higher education (commercial, digital or engineering), you have excelled in your
\nprevious experiences as a CSM, Consultant or Account Manager.
\n\u25cf You are bilingual in French and English.
\n\u25cf You have excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for problem solving and investigation.
\n\u25cf You have good writing skills as well as excellent listening
\nand communication skills.
\n\u25cf You are comfortable with technology, you can handle several software programs at the same time
\nduring presentations or problem solving.
\n\u25cf You are enthusiastic and curious and have a strong taste for challenges.
\n\u25cf You live\/wish to live in Pondicherry and join an Indo-French team on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

Your mission :
\nAs a Customer Happiness Specialist, you play a key role by being the privileged contact for
\nthe onboarding, support and technical-commercial development of Sellermania customers.
\nIn liaison with the pre-sales and technical teams, you will become a marketplace specialist and
\nwork under the responsibility of your Customer Operations Manager.
\nA true engagement consultant and central point of the Support team, you will answer our customers' questions
\nconcerning their use of software and will be the guarantor of their sales experience on the
\nmarketplaces.
\nYou will correspond with Level 2 Support for questions requiring further investigation
\nand will respond to the customer in order to resolve the problems they encounter, by email and by phone.
\nThe satisfaction of our customers is your main objective.<\/p>\n
