Vincent opened the doors of his new workshop to us for 2 hours, sharing his latest developments and designs in high-end furniture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cThe day I started sharing my knowledge, my business exploded.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402112545-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1745\" width=\"503\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402112545-1-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402112545-1-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 503px) 100vw, 503px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Coming from a background of beekeepers, he explains <strong>the importance of mindset, the ability to persevere and stay motivated, especially during the first 5 years, which were pivotal in launching his business. <\/strong>Yet it was a completely different career that awaited him in illustration, had it not been for a missed opportunity that prompted him to take a CAP (vocational training certificate) in cabinetmaking, confirming his passion for design. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402112002-4-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1742\" width=\"493\" height=\"226\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After starting out by self-financing at the age of 25, he developed his carpentry skills <strong>in France, Australia, Cambodia and India.<\/strong> Then, after ten years' experience, he decided to settle in Pondicherry and opened his first \u201cloose furniture\u201d workshop, which does a bit of everything on <strong>a Business to Customer basis.<\/strong>He uses only <strong>bois recycl\u00e9<\/strong> which he has to order in advance according to the quality and availability of his stock. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402120627-1024x473.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1744\" width=\"460\" height=\"213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402120627-1024x473.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402120627-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402120627-768x355.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402120627-1536x709.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/cefp.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG20220402120627-2048x946.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>After <strong>9 years of business <\/strong>in his first workshop, and thanks to the profits made, he decided to build a larger one during the COVID. Today, the workshop employs <strong>35 employees.<\/strong>Two assistants are in charge of scheduling workers and managing the customer list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa client\u00e8le est \u00e0 <strong>90% d&#8217;origine indienne<\/strong> vivant en Inde et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger avec pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un container envoy\u00e9 hors Inde par an.
