The ideal candidate has all of the following qualities :
● With a higher education (commercial, digital or engineering), you have excelled in your
previous experiences as a CSM, Consultant or Account Manager.
● You are bilingual in French and English.
● You have excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for problem solving and investigation.
● You have good writing skills as well as excellent listening
and communication skills.
● You are comfortable with technology, you can handle several software programs at the same time
during presentations or problem solving.
● You are enthusiastic and curious and have a strong taste for challenges.
● You live/wish to live in Pondicherry and join an Indo-French team on a daily basis.
Your mission :
As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you play a key role by being the privileged contact for
the onboarding, support and technical-commercial development of Sellermania customers.
In liaison with the pre-sales and technical teams, you will become a marketplace specialist and
work under the responsibility of your Customer Operations Manager.
A true engagement consultant and central point of the Support team, you will answer our customers' questions
concerning their use of software and will be the guarantor of their sales experience on the
marketplaces.
You will correspond with Level 2 Support for questions requiring further investigation
and will respond to the customer in order to resolve the problems they encounter, by email and by phone.
The satisfaction of our customers is your main objective.
